TCC autobiographies: Deb Freeman

Join us in this new series of programs in which we get to know our members! In this series members will tell us about the Jewish and Humanistic aspects of their life and work.
The first member to be interviewed will be Deb Freeman. She is a former manager at the US Environmental Protection Agency; currently Producer at WBAI radio. She’s lived in Brooklyn most of her life. She joined City Congregation in 1997; 2 years later, her daughter Irene had the 3rd Bat Mitzvah ceremony. Deb was on the City Congregation Board for 10 years, serving as secretary and vice president.
