Please join us for this first in a series of three Adult Perspectives classes. For there to be heretics, there had to be an established orthodoxy, something to rebel against. In the third century BCE, a man known only by his title Kohelet (Ecclesiastes) preached in Jerusalem that there was no heaven or hell (okay, maybe there was a hell) and that God didn’t care.
