How Old Are You?
How old are you? Okay, but how old do you feel? Is there another age you associate with yourself in your mind? What do you like about being your age? What do you find difficult about being your age? What age was your favorite so far?
In the long tradition of TCC Shabbats featuring panels of our members, four speakers—ranging in age from 26 to 87—will share their thoughts about aging. And then of course we’ll have a lively conversation. Speakers include (in alphabetical, not chronological, order): Carole Mehlman, Judith Schoolman, Carly Shonbrun-Siege, and Emy Zener. The program has been organized by longtime member and NYU professor Carol Sternhell, age 74.
