Shabbat candles at city congregation

Shabbat Service in central park

Come join us for Saturday morning Shabbat services outside!

We are excited to announce that, for the first time since the pandemic began, we will have Shabbat services in person, at 10:30 am on Saturday morning, July 31st.

We will meet at Spector Park in Central Park, near the West 85th Street entrance. Walk up the hill and on the left will be a grassy area where we will set up. A few lawn chairs and mats will be available; feel free to bring whatever will make you comfortable in this outdoor setting.

If you have any questions, please let us know. If you need help locating our group on the day of the event, please reach out to Rabbi Tzemah directly via email ([email protected]) or by phone.

Please bring food you’d like to share, and most importantly, please register in advance.

Important!
For events taking place at NYFA, visitors are required to complete the one-time waiver below. Please review, complete, and bring this document with you the first time you attend an event at NYFA.
We will also have copies to be completed at check-in.
